Bright Minds Processing is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the understanding and acceptance of learning disabilities.Our mission is to educate as many parents about children with APD and VPD. Together we can lobby schools to implement solutions. Our collaboration of professionals will empower parents and families so they can work with us to implement our APD and VPD programs into their schools.

Founder and President

Sue Mann is a visionary leader with more than 20 years of experience leading initiatives in local community and domestic health, public-private partnerships, government relations, and advocacy and policy development. As the Founder and President of the Bright Minds Processing, Mann oversees the strategic direction and all operations of the non-profit.

Federico Giller

Producer and Video Strategist

Federico is a Human Ecologist, and world citizen. He speaks 4 languages, was a Research Scholar and Behavioral Scientist at the University of Oxford, England, and has received grants and awards from National Geographic Society, The Royal Geographic Society, The British Council, and numerous other organizations. Federico played a key role in the development of strategic video marketing programs for Bright Minds Processing.

Jose Incer, with over 30 years of experience in advertising and web technology devises, develops, and oversees how that foundation establishes and grows its presence on the Internet. He collaborates with the team to develop and execute organic and paid social content in a strategy that aligns with the foundation's goals and objectives across various media channels.
